Dugoročno izdavanje (period duži od 90 dana), bazirano je na dijeljenju profita 35%-65% u korist vlasnika. Vlasnik za vrijeme dugoročnog izdavanja ne može koristi stan za sopstvene potrebe.
U periodu dok je stan u rental programu, vlasnici su oslobođeni troškova komunalija (struja, voda i smeće). Takođe, hotel snosi sve troškove onog što je uključeno gostima prilikom rentiranja stana (kozmetika, čišćenje, pranje, doručak, administracija, provizije agentima i drugo).
U slučaju učešćnja u rental programu, stan mora biti opremljen po standardima hotela, zbog čega je obavezna doplata za opremanje stana po cijeni od približno 35 000€.
Održavanje stanova, naplaćuje se 3,4€+PDV po m2 apartmana i 1,7€+PDV po m2 terase, na mjesečnom nivou. Održavanje obuhvata: recepciju, portira, 24h obezbijeđenje, video nadzor, praćenje svih sistema, domaćinstvo/čišćenje, kućepazitelja, osiguranje i održavanje zajedničkih djelova zgrade i drugo.
Kupovinom stana, stiče se pravo na besplatan vez u marini rizorta na godinu dana, i ovo pravo se mora iskoristiti u roku od tri godine.

In case of participation in the rental program, the apartment must be furnished according to hotel standards, which is why an additional payment for furnishing the apartment at a price of approximately €35,000 is mandatory.
Apartment maintenance is charged €3.4+VAT per m2 apartment and €1.7+VAT per m2 terrace, on a monthly basis. Maintenance includes: reception, porter, 24-hour security, video surveillance, monitoring of all systems, housekeeping/cleaning, housekeeper, insurance and maintenance of common parts of the building and more.
By purchasing an apartment, you are entitled to a free mooring in the resorts marina for one year, and this right must be used within three years.
